At Enliven Mart, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Enliven Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back in their original box with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
